Graduated in Business Administration, with specialization in Financial Laws.works in the financial market since 1992, beginning in Safra Bank of Sao Paulo In 1994 he founded Plus Corretora de Mercadorias, a financial company that provides wealth management and financial advisory for selected clients. His Company keeps agreements to provide national management for International Banks.
Since 2003 belongs to Interstones board , generating and developing real estate projects allowing his clients and partners to invest in this area.
Today his aim is to grow a globalized company, with the opening of a Florida, US branch.
Marcos Navajas
Director
Director of Interstones, Mr. Navajas has structured and developed projects in areas such as real estate, infrastructure, communication, technology and marketing, in partnership with national and international investors. Some of these projects include ventures with Genii Capital, WWI Group, EBX Group, Media Partners Group (MP Latin America), IMC (International Medical Center S.A.), Impex.com and TBN (Trans Burti Networks), making Mr. Navajas responsible for a broad sum of investments in the past 15 years.
Alberto Bove
Director
Director of Interstones, Mr. Bove holds a engeneering bachelor’s dregree from Mackeinzie College. His is founder and manager of Pare Certo Ltd. a Brazilian parking lot chain. With more than 7 years operating and managing parkings he sold his venture to Estapar, a Brazilian leading player in this segment. He is also founder and managing director of Bove Building Materials Ltd. and has more than 20 years of experience in developing suplly chain projects for large companies in this indutry.
Fabio Navajas

Mr. Navajas has a degree in civil engineering and is an executive of the real estate market with over 40 years of experience. Mr. Navajas was the Director of the Real Estate Department of the EBX Group for 3 years (REX), and former Head of the IMC (International Medical Center), a developer focused on the development of real estate projects in healthcare. Mr. Navajas was responsible for more than USD 20 billion in investments in the Real Estate Market in South America , including Açu Super Port (Industrial Condo) of LLX – EBX Group and City X.
Bret S. Bobo
U.S. Vice-President
Bret Bobo has 20 years of experience in real estate management, development, sales, marketing, fund raising and investing. Mr. Bobo is currently CEO of Outlook Capital, LLC and is responsible for raising investment funds abroad and identifying real estate investment opportunities in the US. Previously and has raised $50 million from high net worth individuals for his distress real estate strategy in the US. Mr. Bobo was the COO of YOO USA, Inc an international real estate design and investment firm and was partners with Philippe Starck. During his 5 years with YOO, Mr. Bobo signed up 18 design deals with fees totaling $70 million USD and started a co-investment fund of $60 million. Notable projects were: 15 Broad Street, NY; Gramercy Starck, NY; The Icon, South beach Miami; Icon Brickell; The House, Dallas; Icon, Puerto Vallarta. Prior to his time with YOO, Mr. Bobo was SVP and a Partner at the Athena Group, where he was in charge of sales and marketing. Notable projects were: 838 Fifth Avenue, NY, 43 West 64th Street, NY, and The Waverly in South beach. Mr. Bobo also helped raise apx. $200 million in funds for Athena Fund 1&2. Before joining the Athena Group, Mr. Bobo was director of Marketing and Leasing for ST Group in Moscow, Russia for 4 year and was responsible for finding investors for the development projects and new tenants for the office space and completed development and leasing of 130,000 square meters of projects in the city center. Mr. Bobo was a General Manager for LaSalle Partners in the Washington DC region for 4 years working on office projects owned by PSERS and CALPERS. Bret graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 1987 with a BA in Finance and Economics.
