We're a group of Brazilian entrepreneurs and business people that entered into an association and established Interstones Real Estate, part of Interstones Comercial , which draws on the experience of a talented team that enjoys credibility in the financial and real estate market. The team includes executives and qualified professionals who specialize in a range of areas, such as structured financing, asset management, market research and analysis, risk management and project management.

It is a separated company from the Investment Group structure, working at an exclusive mandate to structure the real estate investment vehicles. This company is the group's Real Estate segment. Its main focus is to offer investment vehicle alternatives and capital market solutions for institutional investors in this proper field.

Our philosophy is based on value-creating principles on the long term. Interstones owns 60 Million Reais (U$ 30M) in properties to be sold and rented and also manages third part properties.
